Advertised Airfares
- Include:
  - Airline fuel surcharges and insurance levies.
  - Ticketed non-airline taxes and these may change because of fluctuations in the exchange rate.
- Are for Economy and Business Class travel for departures from Auckland to Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney and from Christchurch to Sydney.

Internet only airfares for other departure dates are available through an online quote but may be higher or lower than the advertised airfare.

Travel Date
- For Economy Class travel from New Zealand to Brisbane or Sydney between 28th October 2009 and 27th June 2010¹. All travel must be completed by 27th June 2010.
  - ¹Travel not permitted between:
    - 18th December 2009 and 22nd January 2010.
    - 26th March and 18th April 2010.
- For Economy Class travel from New Zealand to Melbourne between 24th January and 27th June 2010². All travel must be completed by 27th June 2010.
  - ²Travel not permitted between:
    - 26th March and 18th April 2010.
- For Business Class travel from New Zealand to Australia between 28th October 2009 and 27th June 2010³. All travel must be completed by 27th June 2010.
  - ³Travel not permitted between:
    - 18th December and 25th December 2009.
Penalties
- Date change/reissue/routing change: permitted at a charge of NZD 100 per adult per ticket within ticket and airfare validity.
- Name correction: permitted to correct spelling of name to match passport at a charge of NZD 150 per adult ticket. Name changes not permitted.
- Cancellation: airfares are non refundable.
- No-shows: permitted to rebook subject to seat availability at a charge of NZD 150. Travel must remain within ticket and airfare validity.
Child / Infant Discounts
- Children aged 2 years to 11 years inclusive pay 75% of the adult fare. A maximum of 2 children per accompanying adult is permitted.
- Infants must be under the age of 2 years for the entire journey (not occupying a seat) and pay 10% of the applicable adult fare for the journey travelled. If an infant turns 2 years of age after travel has commenced, then there are two options. A child fare can be purchased for the entire journey, which will provide a seat for the infant or half return infant fare can be combined with half return child fare. Call Emirates Contact Centre on 0508 364 728 in such situations. Infants under 2 years of age at time of departure (occupying a seat) pay the applicable child fare for the journey travelled.
- Child and infant discounts apply if accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and above.
Payment
- Must be made at the time of booking or on 11th November 2009, whichever is earlier.
- Credit card holder must be one of the travelling party.
Minimum / Maximum Stay
- No minimum stay requirement.
- Maximum stay: 30 days from date of departure from New Zealand or all travel must be completed by 27th June 2010, whichever is earlier.

- If coupons are used out of sequence the remaining coupons will become invalid. If a passenger does not travel/no-shows on a sector booked, Emirates reserves the right to cancel the remaining sectors.
